The NCBFAA Customs Committee, together with legal advisors from Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A., is providing customs broker members with updated information on recent tariff developments announced by the White House. These updates stem from the implementation of the U.S.–Korea Strategic Trade and Investment Agreement, accompanying guidance issued by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and the U.S.–U.K. Economic Prosperity Deal affecting pharmaceutical trade between the two nations.
The Committee is actively monitoring how these agreements impact tariff structures and import compliance requirements. Members will continue to receive timely communications covering new tariff measures, regulatory interpretations, and any follow-up guidance released by CBP as it becomes available.
