Regularly collecting data on the nation’s rail delays and port congestion impacting the supply chain and business operations, the NCBFAA Transportation Committee’s Logistics Subcommittee has compiled the latest data in the form of an Excel spreadsheet for reference.
The spreadsheet breaks down everything regarding from-port, to-port, rail, and notes on specifics of how long it will take to alleviate intermodal congestion, as well as source-specific notes from each of the ports to help navigate what hang-ups each will cause.
The subcommittee invites members to forward service disruption announcements from the carriers and ports for inclusion in the Weekly Supply Chain Disruption Roundup series. The subcommittee wants to ensure that all information is available to a wide range of users to more accurately spread information.
